Community Hospital in Georgetown, KY. He was born at Softshell, Kentucky on January 12, 1957 to the Late Jasper Combs and the Late Beatrice B. Smith Combs Pemberton.

Funeral services for Douglas Lavon “Von” Combs will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday,

December 2, 2022, at 11:00AM with Dylan Combs officiating. Burial will follow at Combs Cemetery at Softshell, KY.

Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Thursday evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.
