An update from the Bell County Volunteer Fire Department:

 

On Sunday morning, 4:37am, (12/25/22) with a temperature of 7 degrees outside, the Bell County Volunteer Fire Department was called to a commercial structure fire on US 25 E, on Log Mountain.

 

On October 16, 2022, also a Sunday morning, a fire occurred on the same property location.

 

On the October 16th fire, the commercial structure was a total loss.  Volunteer Firefighters did save a commercial dump truck from being destroyed on that date.

 

On this date, the structure was also a total loss. The owners had been rebuilding and the frame structure was up and standing.  Included in this loss was equipment being used on the new construction project.  

 

These pieces of equipment included a backhoe and a bulldozer.
