He was born at Martin, KY on January 16, 1978 to Ronnie Caudill and Jenny Lynn Slone Caudill.

Funeral services for Jerry Dean Caudill will be held at Hollybush Old Regular Baptist Church, Tuesday, January 17,

2023, at 1:00PM with Old Reg. Bapt. Ministers officiating. Burial will follow at the Caudill Cemetery at Hollybush , KY.

Visitation will be held at the Church, Sunday after 3:00PM and anytime Monday with additional services each

evening at 7PM.
