An update from the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office:

 

Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Justin Lynch age 30 of London on Sunday afternoon January 22, 2023 at approximately 2:41 PM. 

 

The arrest occurred off Echo Valley Road, approximately 6 miles South of London after Deputy Houston was dispatched to a possible trespass complaint there. Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Houston located the suspect and determined that he was trespassing in a structure there. In addition, it was determined this subject had two outstanding warrants. 

 

Justin Lynch was charged with criminal trespassing – third-degree. In addition, this subject was charged on a Taylor Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging violating terms of probation regarding charges of robbery – second-degree; theft by unlawful taking. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on  registration violations. 

 

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
