Paula Renee Vazquez, age 39 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023 in Allen, Kentucky. She was born June 6, 1983 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Laverne Fairchild Horne and the late Danny Royce Burchett.

Visitation will begin Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue all day Sunday, February 12, 2023

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 at 11am the Betsy Layne Dome, Betsy Layne, Kentucky with Bill Collins officiating

Burial will follow at Fairchild Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky
