Norma Lee Manns Stephens age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, February 03, 2023 at the Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born July 28, 1944 at Tip Top, Kentucky to the late Cleve and Ruby May Manns.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 07, 2023 from the Tip Top United Baptist Church with Phillip Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in the Tip Top Cemetery at Tip Top, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Sunday, February 05, 2023 after 5:00 P.M. all day on Monday, and any time prior to funeral services on Tuesday.
