Three Eastern Kentucky Men Arrested and Charged with Drug-Related Offenses

The Louisa Police Department announced that they have arrested three individuals after 22 grams of alleged meth was found by law enforcement.

The Louisa Police Department, in collaboration with the  Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department and Lawrence County Constables, executed a search warrant at 11 Ginger Street in Louisa, in connection to a drug trafficking investigation.

During the search, officials discovered approximately 22 grams of what is believed to be methamphetamine. Along with the meth, multiple items of drug paraphernalia that are associated with the use and trafficking of drugs were also found and seized.

Clarence J. Harless, Joseph L Berry and Chad F. Caudill were arrested and charged on drug-related offenses.

Harless and Berry were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, with Harless charged with persistent felony offender. All three were charged with buying and possessing drug paraphernalia.

All three men were placed in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. Officer Teddy Newsome is handling the investigation into the case.
