The Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted Eastern Kentucky man.

Kentucky State Police are looking for 34 year-old Eugene L. Cochran. Cochran is wanted for unlawful taking. He is described as standing 6 feet tall and having brown eyes.
