A man out of Pike County was arrested Friday night after it was reported that he was naked outside.

Elkhorn City Police responded to a call shortly after 11 pm Friday night concerning indecent exposure. When police arrived on the scene they discovered 22 year old Jacob Tyler Clifton in the process of putting his clothes back on.

During an investigation, Clifton was questioned by police. Cliftnon confessed to being naked outside. According to police, Clinfton said he was being chased by a bear and there were snakes in his pants.

Clifton was arrested on public intoxication and indecent exposure charges.
