Pike County Sheriff’s Office Locate Missing Man, He was Found Safe

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in looking for a missing Pike County Man.

Officials with the Pike County Sheriff’s Office are looking for 37 year old Jarrod Edward Moon of Stone, who was reported missing on May 7th. Moon’s family has not heard or seen him since Monday, May 1st when they received a text message from him.

Moon is described as standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 300 pounds, and having green eyes with a beard and mustache. Moon was last seen driving a gray colored 2013 4-door Kia optima with Kentucky registration number 100 RNW.

It is believed that Moon traveled to Logan County, West Virginia for a job interview and was not heard from since.
