Dulcie Vance Mullins, age 74, of Hindman, KY, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Greg & Noreen Wells

Hospice Center in Hazard, KY.

She was born at Pine Top, KY on February 16, 1949 to Osee and Ethel Thornsberry Vance.

Survived by:

Husband – Danny Lynn Mullins

Special Dog – Sissy

Sisters – Linda (Larry) Combs and Clercy (Mikel) Sexton

Host of Nieces and Nephews

Preceded in death by Parents – Osee and Ethel Vance

Brothers and Sisters – Ogel Vance, Osee Vance Jr., Sheldon Wayne Vance, Rose L. Williams and Randall Vance

Funeral services for Dulcie Vance Mullins will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday, June 9, 2023, at

1:00PM with Todd Amburgey and Johnny Patrick officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens at

Hindman, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel Friday from 11:00AM to 1:00PM.
