A man in Woodford County was arrested and charged on a Child Sexual Exploitation Offense following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.

34 year old Jonathan R. Gigliotti was arrested by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch on a charge connected to child sexual abuse material.

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch opened an investigation into Gigliotti after finding out the suspect had been uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.

Police confiscated equipment that was allegedly used to facilitate the crime for examination at the Kentucky State Police digital forensic laboratory.

Gigliotti is charged with one count of possession of material portraying a minor over the age of 12 in a sexual performance. He was placed in the Woodford County Detention Center.
