KSP Arrests and Charges Muhlenberg County Man with Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses

A Muhlenberg County man has been charged with child sexual exploitation offenses following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. 

48 year old Timothy Floyd Nannie was arrested by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch after the branch conducted an investigation into Nannie when they discovered the suspect had allegedly shared images of child sexual exploitation online.

Police confiscated equipment that was allegedly used to commit the crime and the equipment will be examined at the Kentucky State Police’s forensic laboratory

Nannie is charged with five counts of distributing matter portraying a minor under 12 years of age in a sexual performance and five counts of possessing matter portraying a minor under 12 years of age in a sexual performance. Each charge is punishable by 5 to 10 years in prison.

Nannie was placed in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center and the investigation is ongoing.
