Mountain Comprehensive Care Center HomePlace Clinic announced it will provide free sports physicals for all student athletes on Friday, July 21st.

The physicals will be performed from 8 AM to 12 PM at Mountain Comprehensive Care Center HomePlace Clinic in downtown Prestonsburg and the physicals will be performed at no cost for both insured and uninsured persons.

Forms will be provided at the clinic and it must be completed by the parent or guardian of the athlete before the physical and the athlete must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
