Hurshel McCoy – age 87 of Sprigg, WV passed away Monday; August 29, 2016.  Funeral services will be conducted Thursday; Sept. 1, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. from the New Vision Assembly of God at Matewan, WV with Bro. Herbert Hayes officiating.  Burial will follow, with military honors, in the Mt.
