Troopers with Kentucky State Police (KSP) are look into a murder case after one person was found dead inside a home.  Legal counsel for the Prestonsburg man accused of killing Amber Spradlin is asking for both a speedy trial and a change of venue.  A pretrial hearing is currently set to be held today in the case against Michael "MK" McKinney III, 25, of Arkansas Creek Road, Martin, who is charged with murder and evidence tampering in connection with Spradlin's death.  In 87 days, the Altogether Opportunity Center in downtown Paintsville will shutter its doors.
