State police say the property owner called Sunday after seeing a man and a child enter the house on security cameras, then blocked the driveway until troopers arrived. Troopers say 52-year-old Marion Rogers of Pikeville first claimed he was only looking at the house because he thought it was for sale, but the owner said it was not listed. The video allegedly showed Rogers and the child using a hand truck to move a refrigerator, which was found partially out the door when police got there. Rogers was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and unlawful transaction with a minor. The child was released to his mother.
