WYMT reports a Floyd County woman is facing several drug charges. Brandy Moore was found passed out in a McDowell Church parking lot earlier this month. Moore was said to have smoked methamphetamine and taken a pill she had in her purse. She is currently being held on a $1,000 full cash bond.
