NEW developments in the murder case of Amber Spradlin and more legal maneuvering continue to dominate local headlines. In this most recent set of developments, M.K. McKinney's attorney is arguing for a lower bond from 5 million in cash to and unknown amount, and is pointing the finger at Roy Kidd, and Kidd's attorney has plenty to say in response.
