Magoffin County officials have declared a state of emergency after a main sewer line on 460 fractured

A man from Pike County was charged with vehicular homicide after he is alleged to have ran over a cyclist and ran from the scene.

Another drug bust came out of a minor traffic violation just after midnight Wednesday when a State Trooper caught a GMC Sierra that was missing a headlight.
