In Bell County, a man is accused of attempting to steal steak from the Middlesboro Kroger store. Russell Jordan Anderson was arrested yesterday after police say he took steaks off the shelves and put them in his pockets. Anderson had a bag of meth on him at the time of his arrest and now faces theft and possession of a controlled substance charge.
