The Louisville women’s basketball team will open the season against Cal in a nonconference schedule featuring games against 10 schools that reached the postseason.

The Cardinals’ schedule includes games at in-state rivals Western Kentucky (Nov. 21) and Kentucky (Dec. 10) and a Big Ten/ACC Challenge matchup at Michigan State on Dec. 3. Louisville also will compete in the Gulf Coast Showcase, with a possible meeting with NCAA Tournament participant LSU.
