The Senior Centers at Oven Fork and Kings Creek are expecting letters any day now, telling them they have lost their funding. According to Mike Miller, who is the executive director of the Kentucky River Area Development District, there are requirements that every senior center is supposed to reach, which these two are falling short of. The centers in question are required to serve around 20 meals, but are falling short of that number.
