A Perry County man denies guilt in vehicle death

A Perry County man is facing murder charges stemming from an automobile crash last week. 22 year old Bobby Snell entered a plea of not guilty, in the death of 18 year old Caitlin Simpkins, who was ejected from her vehicle and landed on a nearby hill. Snell is accused of driving under the influence, and officials believe he caused the wreck that killed one and injured two others. He will be back in court on the 27th for his preliminary hearing.
