Details have been released for the fatal crash in Johnson County. According to a report issued by the Kentucky State Police 43 year old Susan Hensley of Inez was in the wrong lane on US 23 near Hager Hill, when she hit a semi-truck. After the collision Hensley’s car went off the road and rolled over an embankment. Johnson County Coroner J.R. Frisby declared her dead at the scene. According to the press release officers believe that Hensley was not wearing a seat belt and that alcohol may have been a factor.
