A local girl won the treasurers office by the largest margin of the night. Political newcomer Republican Allison Ball won by an impressive margin last night, over democrat Rick Nelson. According to the unofficial results Ball was able to secure a 200-tousand vote lead over Nelson, and won with well over 60 percent of the vote.
