Eastern Ky gets their first little edition

Little Free Library is a nonprofit corporation with the faction of providing free books, packaged in small containers to the people in a community, and Perry Co. just got their own. The idea was brought up at a board meeting at Perry County Literacy club which is set through Save the Children and Diana Patula, the owner of Hazard’s McDonald’s was all for it. According to an article from WYMT, Patuala said they were discussing ways to promote literacy in the county. Children can take a book and return it, or if they wanna donate some, that is also fine. They hope that the Little Free Library will bring in touristy.
