David Adams filed an appeal with the Kentucky Court of Appeals saying the court had made an error during his trial, in saying prosecutors asked a inappropriate question to his girlfriend, whom was also a witness the night of the alleged abuse. Adams was indicted March 13th, on one count of sexual abuse for allegedly fondling the breasts of an 11 year old girl.
