Kali Bentley was driving to her college when Perry County Clerk Haven King pulled out in front of her on Highway 80 she says she honked at him and it was after that he began to follow her all the way to her campus, he is accused of having blocked in her vehicle in to keep her from leaving while he confronted her. He was indicted on 1 count of wanton endangerment, 1 count of harassment 1 count of reckless driving, 1 count of menacing, 1 count of stalking, 1 count unlawful imprisonment, and 1 count of official misconduct.
