Thursday morning Daniel Earls and Herbert Saylor are accused were arrested for allegedly stealing a riding lawnmower from Lowes.  Earls is charged with theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief  and resisting arrest, Saylor was charged with theft by unlawful taking, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, criminal mischief and failure to produce an insurance card. The case is still open for investigation and both men were taken to the big sandy regional detention center
