Eric Conn is scheduled for court

Eric Conn was arrested when accused of trying to pull off a 600 million dollar Social Security fraud scheme. He was sent back to jail last week to give the Judge time to decide whether or not he should be released after his arraignment and indictment on the federal charges of fraud. His appearance may lead to his release from jail.  The court filing about the hearing says: The court anticipates announcing particular release conditions. These conditions include: a bond secured by Defendant’s unencumbered Pikeville home, and Defendant will take the steps needed, and prepared to document that post bond hearing, as well as pre-release. Conn has plead not guilty.
