Kentucky State Police arrest two men on child expliotation

On August 9, 2016, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch, assisted by Post 10-Harlan, arrested Derek L. Brock, 20, and Henry E. Stewart, 25, for child sexual exploitation offenses. Both men were arrested as the result of a three month internet crimes against children investigation. The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after receiving numerous complaints of sexually explicit photographs, which included juveniles, being uploaded to an image sharing website. Subsequent investigation lead to the discovery of additional photographs being shared across social media in exchange for money.  The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant and seizure of evidence from numerous homes, where electronic equipment was taken and is pending a forensic examination.  Additional suspects and charges are expected.
