The Associated Press reports that a man has been arrested in Cincinnati in connection with up to a dozen drug overdoses in central Kentucky last week. Robert Lee Shields was arrested Friday and charged with conspiring to distribute the controlled substance fentanyl.  Numerous heroin overdoes were reported around the same time in parts of Indiana, Ohio, and West Virgina, with 10 to 12 reported in Montgomery County, resulting in at least one death.
