A man has been arrested in Floyd County after being suspected of dealing drugs near Minnie Ball Park, reports WYMT. Floyd County Sheriff John Hunt said deputies found Paul Hayes, also known as Frank Tackett, in the middle of a drug transaction the evening of August 31. Hayes was said to be in possession of numerous opiates and had a six-year-old child with him. Members of the Minnie community said the park is safe in the morning, but changes in the evening hours. Sheriff Hunt expects more arrests to come from Wednesday’s bust. Hayes was charged with several counts of trafficking narcotics, possession and endangering the welfare of a minor.
