Due to scheduled power outages in Prestonsburg on Saturday, October 29, all Halloween activities on the Prestonsburg campus of Big Sandy Community and Technical College has been cancelled. There will be no safe trick of treat, no Halloween party at the East Kentucky Science Center, or a Scream and Sing. The Halloween Fright Night, scheduled for 7 p.m., Friday, October 28, is still on schedule. For more information, call (606) 889-8260.
