Appalachian Regional Commission Co-Chair Earl Gohl visited Big Sandy Community and Technical College as part of the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship’s conference. The two-day event, sponsored by ARC, was held on the Prestonsburg campus of BSCTC on November 17 and 18. Gohl was awarded the Honorary President’s Ambassador Award by Dr. Devin Stephenson. Stephenson said Gohl’s commitment to all of Appalachia is an inspiration each day and appreciates his work on behalf of the region in Washington.
