Nearly 350 Kentuckians Receive Millions in Bank of America Settlement

Attorney General Andy Beshear announced Monday nearly 350 Kentuckians, along with three state organizations, received a combined $18 million from the 2014 Bank of America Settlement involving the company’s mortgage loan practices during the 2008 national financial crisis. Over 200 Kentuckians received debt forgiveness totaling almost $10 million, and others were able to obtain loan modifications.
