KSP Post 14 in Ashland is investigating a theft at Wal-Mart in Cannonsburg. The theft occurred on Thursday, December 8, 2016. An unidentified man and woman removed a purse from the shopping cart of the victim. Once the purse was in their possession they removed an undisclosed amount of cash, then discarded the purse and remaining contents.
