Division of Probation and Parole Director John Hall announced the promotion of Mike Caudill to administrative branch manager for the Division of Probation and Parole’s Eastern Region. The region consists of five districts with main offices in Catlettsburg, London, Mount Sterling, Newport and Prestonsburg. Hall said Caudill is a true corrections professional and will be a great addition to the leadership team with his extensive knowledge of the department as a whole. Caudill will assume his new duties on March 16.
