On Saturday, March 18, 2017, the Mountain Sports Hall of Fame in Wayland opened as the first stop in the Hometown Teams Traveling Smithsonian Exhibit.

We spoke with Wayland Mayor Jerry Fultz to find out more.

A local exhibit is also currently on display in the Wayland Community Center to compliment the Hometown Teams exhibit. The exhibit runs until April 22 and is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
