On Thursday, April 6, a “knock and talk” was conducted at a residence on old Highway 25E in Bell County, which was the subject of numerous complaints. A young boy greeted deputies, who said his mother was in her room. The woman, 38-year-old Shelley Ann Posey, gave permission for deputies to search the residence. A clear plastic bag filled with suspected crystal methamphetamine was found in her sock drawer. Posey was arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
