Saturday, April 29, 2017 is National Astronomy Day. In honor of the day, Big Sandy Community and Technical College’s East Kentucky Science Center & Planetarium will be offering free admission from noon to 4pm. Guests will learn about the August Total Solar Eclipse, as well as participate in hands-on astronomy activities. Planetarium shows will be offered and the NASA Hubble exhibit will be on display. Door prizes and hand outs will also be offered.
