On Wednesday, July 12, around 3:20pm, Perry County Sheriff Deputy Jessie day made a drug arrest in the Little Willard area of Busy. The deputy came up to a car sitting in the middle of the road on Highway 451. Contact was made with the driver, Larry Combs, who was passed out behind the wheel. Combs failed the field sobriety tests he was givens and placed under arrest. A search was performed, discovering two bags of synthetic marijuana and a pipe on the subject. Combs was lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
