On Wednesday July 26, 2017 at approximately 11:50 pm Knox County Sheriff’s Office received a report of burglary that had just occurred at Elaine Court Apartments in Corbin. After arriving at the apartments and conducting an investigation, the perpetrator was identified as Johnathan O’ Quinn. O’Quinn, 20, of Williamsburg, was arrested by Corbin Police for Public Intoxication on Beatty Avenue two blocks away from Elaine Court. He was charged with Burglary and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
