Ashland Police Department Detectivs, Kentucky State Police Detectives, and members of the FBI Violent Crime Drug Task Force conducted an undercover operation on Tuesday, August 8, which discovered several grams of methamphetamine. The discovery lead to a search warrant uncovering more narcotics on Carl Perkins Drive. Brandon Scott Bailey, 24, was arrested after the transaction without incident and lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
