Laurel County Deputy Travis Napier responded to a two vehicle crash on Level Green road Monday night. The crash occurred around 8:50pm, when a Ford car collided struck a red Ford Escape. The driver of the car was allegedly under the influence. The driver of the car was identified as Timothy Williams, 55 of Corbin, and he was charged with DUI, but was cited to court as he was injured in the crash. The driver of the Ford Escape was identified as Lisa Ann Smith, 47 of London.
