The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Highway District 12’s Martin County Maintenance crew will replace a cross drain at mile point 14.5 on old KY 3, the two-lane section, on Wednesday, October 25, weather permitting. Traffic will not be able to go through the work zone site during the hours of 9am until 3pm. Pavement will need to be removed to access the drain underneath, with new pavement laid over the work zone site. Motorists can use KY 1884 or KY 3411 as a detour.
