Kentucky State Police Post 9 Pikeville have opened a terroristic threatening case at the Warfield Middle School. Post 9 received a complaint at 2:19pm Tuesday, February 20, 2018 of a juvenile having a knife at the school. The student is believed to have made a threat to another student at the school. The student with the knife was charged and taken to the juvenile detention center in Boyd County. The investigation is ongoing.
