WWII Veteran Honored with Bridge Designation in Floyd County

On Tuesday, July 10, 2018, Senator Johnny Ray Turner of Prestonsburg unveiled a road sign designating the bridge on KY Route 466 in Floyd County in honor of the service of World War II veteran Julius Mullins. Turner said the designation of the bridge will serve as a constant reminder of the service, dedication, and sacrifices made by Mullins and all service members, past and present, who bravely protect the freedoms of all Americans.
