On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead received an anonymous tip of an indoor marijuana grow located in the Sherburne area of Fleming County. Through investigation, an indoor grow was located and being operated by 39-year-old Robert Leach of Flemingsburg. KSP seized 156 marijuana plants during the operation. Leach was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Mason County Detention Center.
